My name is Kristina Hernandez.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, Florida & North Carolina.
I have been practicing therapy & counseling for the past 10 years working in various settings including outpatient, inpatient, residential & military installations. I absolutely love what I do.
Specialty areas include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Relationship/Marital issues, Parenting problems, Career transitions, Adjustment difficulties & overall Stress.
I am highly experienced working with military populations & their families & the constant challenges they are presented with.
My counseling style is always directed & geared toward the needs of my client.

My approach combines person-centered, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy & mindfulness skills.
